Thank you for visiting and shopping at SkyLock.com.au. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to addresses within Australia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@skylock.com.au

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.


5. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers, including Australia Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Sky-Lock is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@skylock.com.au with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
